摘要
目的研究贫混凝土基层的力学特性和材料特性.方法通过室内配合比试验,测定了强度特性、浸水、干湿循环和冲刷稳定性等.结果贫混凝土强度随水泥用量的增加而增大,振捣贫混凝土强度与水泥用量符合良好的对数关系,碎石贫混凝土强度高于砂砾贫混凝土;多孔贫混凝土的强度与空隙率有关,空隙率越小,强度越大,碎石多孔贫混凝土强度大于砂砾多孔贫混凝土.经过浸水试验、干湿循环试验,贫混凝土基层强度基本保持不变,抗冲刷性能优于其他基层材料.结论贫混凝土基层具有优异的强度特性和良好的稳定性.
In order to study the mechanical characteristics and material properties of lean concrete base, the characteristics of strength ,soaking, wetting-drying test and water scouring stability are measured by indoor ratio test. The strength of lean concrete augments increases with cement content. There is a good logarithmic relationship between lean vibrated concrete strength and cement content and the lean crushed stone concrete strength is higher than the lean gravel concrete. The strength of porous lean concrete is related to the porosity. The smaller the porosity is, the bigger the strength becomes. The strength of porous lean crushed stone concrete is greater than porous lean gravel concrete. After water scouring test and wetting-drying cycle test, the strength of lean concrete base is basically unchanged and the scour resistance is better than the other base materials. Studies have shown that lean concrete base has excellent characteristics of strength and good stability.
