摘要
结合新型四楞冲击压路机在316国道福州段旧混凝土路面改建工程中的应用,采用三维有限元方法对冲击压实过程中旧路面结构及土基的受力、变形特征进行了研究.分析了冲击压实荷载位于路面板不同位置对板体破裂及土基受压效果的影响,探讨了冲击压实荷载在板下路基中的传递规律及作用深度等问题.研究结果可为冲击压实改建旧混凝土路面施工技术提供理论参考和指导.
Based on the cracking and seating the existing cement concrete pavement with impact compaction technology tests of the rebuilding project of 316 national road near Fuzhou on site, the stress and deformation characteristics of the existing pavement structures and subgrade in the process of impact compaction are studied using the three dimensional finite element method. Different locations of impact load on the pavement slab in the process are simulated, the mechanical behaviors for cracking and seating the slab and for compacting the subgrade are revealed. The relationships between the stress caused by impact load and the depth in subgrade impact load is proposed. The results obtained in are discussed here. The scope of depth affected by this paper are helpful to make the working organization and quality control standard of impact compaction practice on site.
