摘要
随着大庆油田内部挖潜,开发薄油层,对固井质量提出了更高的要求。水泥石是“先天”带有大量微裂纹和缺陷的脆性材料。为了减轻射流侵彻对水泥环的破坏,改善界面的密封胶结性能,必须对现有的水泥石进行改性研究。根据超混复合材料的原理,我们在水泥石的配比中增加几种填料,通过填料影响改变水泥石的动态断裂韧性。将水泥石制成短棒试件,用分段式Hopkinson压杆对几种改性配方的水泥石的动态断裂韧性进行实验测定,给出了部分试验结果。研究表明:纤维增强是提高水泥石抗冲击性能的有效途径。
As DaQing Oilfield is developing oil layer with a big potential,the demand for the quality of well cementation is higher than ever Concrete rock is a brittle material which is born with a great number of microcracks and defects In order to reduce the destroy of the cumulative flow erosion to concrete ring and improve sealed cementing property at the interface,it is necessary to research on the modification of the concrete rock available According to the principle of supercomposite materials,we add various filler to the ingredients of concrete rock Dynamic fracture toughness of concrete rock will be changed under the influence of filler In this paper,concrete rock is made into a short rod specimen,experiment is carried out to test the dynamic fracture toughness of concrete rock with different ingredients using split Hopkinson Pressure Bar,and partial experimental results are given The research indicates that fiber reinforcement is the effecive way for concrete rock to improve the impact resistance
