摘要
介绍北京地铁4号线开通后北京市轨道交通所形成的多运营主体的网络化运营管理模式。在无障碍换乘条件下,为解决运营主体之间客流及票款的清分问题,在大量的理论研究和实际调查的基础上,确立基于乘客多路径选择的"两阶段、双比例"清分方法;通过实际应用和清分的结果,验证该方法的可行性和适用性。
Beijing urban rail transit will adopt the mode of multioperators and network management after Line 4 starts operation. In order to solve the problem concerning passenger flow and ticket income clearing among the multi-operators, the clearing method of ＂two phases, double proportions＂ which takes into account the behavior of multi-route choice of passengers is designed according to a large number of theoretical research and investigation. It has been applied in the urban rail transit network of Beijing and proved to be feasible and effective.
