摘要
路网扩展是高速公路建设中的常见情况 ,在高速公路路网发生扩展时 ,本文在原有清分算法的基础上 ,充分利用已经得到的连接矩阵和规则矩阵 ,对扩展后的高速公路物理结构和收费规则进行修正 ,提出了收费数据清分表的构造方法 ,从算法的角度解决了路网扩展后清分表需重新计算的大工作量问题 ,并在理论方面对不同情况的路网扩展进行了一致性分析。
This paper focuses on the extension of the expressway network, a common situation in managing freeways. A network model based on a tree-like expressway network is defined firstly to describe the structure and toll regulation of thextended freeway network. The algorithm to generate the toll table is then introduced. It can be implemented by computers easily to relieve the burden of recalculating all the toll table after extending the original freeway network. An analysis is then made so that the algorithm can be suited to another situation of the extension. A practical example is presented finally to demonstrate its application.
