摘要
为了保证伺服箱体内的电子设备能在复杂电磁环境下正常可靠地工作,需进行电磁屏蔽设计。通过伺服箱体实例分析,从箱体材料选择、缝隙设计、接插件处屏蔽等方面,对屏蔽设计的技术和方法进行探讨。实践证明,该设计为伺服箱体在复杂电磁环境中满足电磁兼容性要求提供了有利的保障。
In order to ensure electronic equipments of servo housing can work normally under complex electromagnetic environment, it needs to design electromagnetic shielding. Through analyzing example of servo housing, discuss the technology and method of shielding design from choosing material, aperture design and plug shield and so on. The experience shows that the design can effectively guarantee for electromagnetic compatibility of servo housing in complex electromagnetic enviromnent.
