摘要
对环丙沙星中间体甲酯胺化物进行了合成改进研究,由2,4-二氯-5-氟苯乙酮为原料,经氢化钠作为缩合剂,生成2,4-二氯-5-氟苯甲酰乙酸甲酯,再与硫酸二甲酯、DMF、环丙胺等反应合成甲酯胺化物。
The article studies the synthetic improvement of ciprofloxacin intermediate.The 2,4-dichloro-5-fluorobenzoylacetate is produced from 2,4-dichloro-5-fluoroacetophenone and the condensing agent sodium hydride,Then,the methyl propylcarboxylate amine is produced by 2,4-dichloro-5-fluorobenzoylacetate,methyl sulfate,DMF,cyclopropylamine,etc.
