布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法将45例AECOPD患者随机分为2组:治疗组23例予布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组22例予甲基泼尼松龙针剂静脉推注。观察2组患者治疗后的临床评分、肺功能、动脉血气变化及不良反应。结果2组患者的临床评分、FEV1、pH、p(O2)、p(CO2)均明显改善,组间比较无显著性差异,但治疗组不良反应明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗AECOPD疗效好,不良反应少。
