一种捻线机多电机控制系统实验研究

摘要 为了解决传统捻线机机构复杂的缺点,提出了一种基于PLC的捻线机多电机控制系统。系统采用异步电机和伺服电机传动;纱线加捻和卷绕运动由RS-485变频通讯实现,往复导纱运动由伺服机构传动实现。详细论述了控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。系统简化了捻线机传动结构,控制可靠,使用方便。 In order to solve the disadvantage of the complexity on the conventional twister, put forward a controlling system in twister based on PLC which was droved by two asynchronous motors and two servo motors. The moving of twisting and winding had been realized through adopting RS-485 frequency communication technology and servo motors had droved to-and-froguiding-yarn moving. The hardware and software were realized. The result showed that this controlling was dependable and the driving was accurate.
