摘要
针对国内柴油机尾气处理产品的稀缺,在分析柴油机尾气处理的工作原理及其控制需求的基础上,给出了以Freescale单片机MC68HC908EY16为核心的柴油机尾气处理系统的设计;从器件选择、电路设计和软件处理等方面介绍了系统的抗干扰设计;并介绍了系统信号采集、数据计算与分析及尾气再生处理等功能。经现场调试证明,该系统能稳定运行,达到了尾气净化的效果。
Aiming at the scarcity of aftertreatment system for diesel vehicle exhaust in our country, on the basis of the principle and control requirements of aftertreatment for diesel vehicle exhaust, a new aftertreatment system was designed with the core of MC68HC908EY16. The anti-interference of the system was introduced in components choosing, circuit designing and software processing. The system functions of signal sampling, data computing and analyzing and exhaust regeneration were also intro-duced. The debug results show that the system works well, and the effect of exhaust purifying is achieved.
