摘要
班主任工作是小学新教师经常要承担的一项任务。由于小学生特殊的心理特点,小学班主任工作在整个教育工作中所占的比例也相对较重。因此如何作好班主任工作是一个值得所有小学新教师思考的问题。本文拟通过对学校思想政治工作主管领导、老教师、老班主任及新教师、新班主任等进行访谈及问卷调查,找出小学新教师在班主任工作中所普遍会遇到的困难,同时思考解决问题的对策,以期给在校师范生提供一个整体感知自己即将面临的困难的平台,使他们提前进入一个对困难的心理预备状态。
The job of the teacher in charge of a class is often one： task of a new grade school teacher. During this process,they certainly meet many hardness and problems,for the pupil characteristic psychology, the work take a important role in the education. Wherefore, how to do well the job of the head teacher is worth of thinking to every new teacher. This paper wants to survey the teachers as the leaders in political and ideological education,the old teachers and old head teachers,in order to find the common problems which the new head teachers in grade education often meet,and think：out of the countermeasure. By the way, explain the coming difficulties to the students in normal school,let them know the cause and the countermeasure,hope them better mark out their college life in count of this difficulties.
