摘要
介绍了一种新型的非接触式电容角度传感器,通过电容式信号转换集成电路CAV424和电压/电流转换接口电路AM402,电容角度传感器的角度变换量可以转换为4~20mA标准的工业电流输出。该系统结构简单,能有效的降低干扰和减少测量误差。用曲线拟合法对实验数据进行分析,结果表明:在0°~90°的角度范围内,电流输出与角度变化呈良好的线性关系,灵敏度可达0.18mA/(°)。
A new-style non-contact capacitive sensor for measuring angle is introduced. Through capacitance signal conversion integrated circuit CAV424 and vohage-current conversion interface circuit AM402, the angle variety of capacitive sensor can be converted into 4 -20 mA standard industrial current output . The system has simple structure and anti-interference ability, can decrease measurement error. Curve fitting is used to analyze the experimental data,the results show that high linearity direct current is obtained with angle of 0°-90°, and the sensitivity is 0.18 mA/( ° ).
