摘要
设计了一种具有新结构的电容式角度传感器,并利用德国AMG公司研制的集成电路CAV424将电容传感器信号转化为差分直流电压,在0～900°范围内,得到了比较理想的线性输出。按此设计可制成无接触式角度传感器,实现对角度的精确测量,具有降低系统干扰、测量误差的能力和极长的使用寿命。
A new-style capacitive sensor for measuring angle is designed. The signal of the capacitive sensor is converted into differential DC voltage signal with perfect linearity in the range of 0 -90° by IC CAV424 developed by AMG in Germany,. The non-contact angle-measured sensor realized by this way can complete angle measurement accurately with decreased system interference and error and increased working life.
