摘要
目的：探讨小柴胡汤（ＸＣＨＴ）对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０的抑瘤作用及机制。方法：通过体内实验，观察不同浓度ＸＣＨＴ浸膏对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０的抑制作用和用放射免疫测定法（ＲＩＡ）测定荷瘤小鼠血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）含量的变化。结果：高、中和低浓度ＸＣＨＴ（１０ｇ／ｍｌ，０５ｇ／ｍｌ和０２５ｇ／ｍｌ）溶液治疗１０天后，对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０有明显的抑瘤作用，抑瘤率为４７７％～５６６％。同时发现荷Ｓ１８０肉瘤小鼠血浆内皮素水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜００５），而经过高、中、低浓度ＸＣＨＴ溶液治疗后荷Ｓ１８０肉瘤小鼠血浆内皮素含量明显降低，达到正常或低于正常水平。结论：ＸＣＨＴ对小鼠肉瘤Ｓ１８０的生长具有抑制作用。
Purpose: To study the antitumor effect of Xiao Chai Hu Tang (XCHT) on mice bearing sarcoma180 and its possible mechanism. Method: We observed the effect of XCHT extract on tumor weight and plasma endothelin content in mice bearing sarcoma180 by means of radioimmunoassay. Results: After treatment with XCHT solution of high, middle and low concentration (1000 mg. ml-1, 500 mg.ml-1, 250 mg.ml-1), XCHT could markedly inhibit S180 growth, the rate of inhibition ranged from 47 7 to 56 6 percent. Meanwhile we found the plasma endothelin content in bearing tumor mice was obviously higher than that of the control, while after treatment with XCHT of different concentration, the plasma endothelin level could be reduced to nearly normal or even lower than normal. Conclusion: XCHT had antitumor effect and its possible mechanism is mediated by lowering the plasma endothelin level in beraring tumor mice.
