摘要
采用绝热溶液聚合的方法,以过硫酸铵(APS)/甲醛合次硫酸氢钠(SFS)/偶氮二异丁腈盐酸盐(AIBN)三元复合引发体系,制备了一系列丙烯酰胺(AM)/衣康酸(IA)/二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。通过室内实验筛选出了聚合反应的适宜条件:单体质量分数:35%;单体质量比m(AM):m(DMDAAC):m(IA)=89.48:10:0.52;主引发剂用量:w(AIBN)=0.06%;w(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)=0.022%。并用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振谱(^(13)C NMR)表征了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的结构。
The AM/IA/DMDAAC cationic polyacrylamide was synthesized via adiabatic solution polymerization of acrylamide(AM), itaconic acid(IA), and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC). A redox agent: (promoter triad-initiating system of APS/SFS/AIBN) was employed as an initiator. In a large number of laboratory experiments, the suitable conditions of synthesis were concluded. Mass concentration of monomers: 35% ;monomer mass ration m(AM) : m(DMDAAC) : rn(IA)= 89. 48 : 10 : 0.52; Initiator amount: w(AIBN) = 0. 06 % ; EDTA amount ::w (EDTA) = 0. 022 %. The structure of cationic polyacrytamide had been identified via FTIR and ^13C NMR.
