摘要
采用吸附法、红外光谱法及X射线衍射法研究了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与安丘土之间的作用,考察了作用时间、温度、聚合物浓度和分子量的影响。研究结果表明,分子量较小时聚合物与安丘土之间的作用以吸附为主,分子量增大时桥联絮凝作用增强,即两者之间的作用是通过吸附、絮凝机理进行的。
The adsorption of polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride(PDMDAAC) from aqueous solution on Anqiu clay, the interlayer spacing d_100 determined by X-ray difraction and the area ratio of infrared absorption peaks at 4320 cm^(-1) and 1030 cm^(-1), A_4320/A_1030, of the clay samples with the polymer adsorbed are investigated in this work.The polymer adsorption on the clay reaches to its equilibrium in 3-5 hrs at 50℃. The adsorption isotherm is of Langmuir type. The apparent adsorption decreases with polymer mol. mass (1.5 ×10~5 —6.7×10~5), concentration and temperature (30, 50. 70℃). The values of d_100 and A_3420/A_1030 decrease with polymer concentration and level out at concentrations > 800 mg /l. It is concluded that adsorption of whole polymer molecules onto one clay particle is a principal mode in the case of low mol. mass PDMDAAC and with mol.mass increasing, interparticle adsorption is involved and eventually become dominative mode.
