摘要
汽车车外噪声是交通噪声中最主要的部分,是汽车制造鉴定中一个重要指标。文章针对某SUV车采用车外加速噪声分离试验的方法识别主要的噪声源,根据被测试样车车外主要噪声源的特性合理地选择吸声、隔声材料及噪声控制方案,对其进行降噪处理,使被测车辆车外加速噪声由79.4 dB(A)下降到72.5 dB(A),满足了ECE R51对该类车辆车外加速噪声限值的要求。
Vehicle pass-by noise is the main noise source in the traffic noise as well as the important index of the vehicle manufacturing. This paper adopts the methods of acceleration noise separation test to identify the main niose source. And based on the features of the main source of the pass-by noise of the test vehicle, this paper reasonably chooses the acoustic absorption material, sound-insulation material and the noise control plans to reduce the noise. The pass-by noise is reduced from the original 79.4 dB(A) to 72.5 dB(A), indicating that the method is able to meet the requirements of the ECE R51 for the acceleration noise prohibited value.
