Nd:YAG热疗对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤DNA含量影响的研究

摘要 本文以小鼠S180肉瘤为对象,研究了Nd:YAG激光热疗法对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用及肿瘤DNA含量的影响。荷瘤小鼠分为激光热疗组和对照组。激光热疗法用Nd:YAG激光照射肿瘤,功率密度约为424mW/cm2,控制肿瘤边缘温度为43℃,照射时间为30min。结果表明,两组间的平均瘤重有显著性差异,激光热疗组肿瘤细胞的DNA含量比对照组低(P<0.01)。 The effects of hyperthermia induced by Nd:YAG laser on sarcoma 180 in mice were studied. The DNA content of tumor cells was also measured with microspectrophotometry after the treatment. The tumor bearing mice were divided into the control group and the hyperthermia group. Tumor bearing mice of hyperthermia group were given Nd:YAG laser radiation and the temperature in tumor edge was controlled at 43℃ (about 424mW/cm 2) for 30 minutes. The result showed that the average tumor weight of hyperthermia group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). The DNA content showed very significant decrease after Nd:YAG laser radiation(P<0.01). The decrease of the DNA content in tumor cells after Nd:YAG radiation may be responsible for the inhibiting effect of hyperthermia with Nd:YAG laser.
