摘要
流动合作的教师文化是指从教师之间关系的类型和方式看的一种教师文化形式,即教师之间保持相对独立,又相互开放与合作。它走出了马赛克文化的封闭性成长环境,摒弃了合作文化中的盲从现象,使教师在个性与开放中成长与发展。
Teachers＇ cuhure of flowing and cooperative is a teachers＇culture form from teaehe-teacherr relationship＇ s type and mode. Independence, opening and cooperative are keeped in this chhure among teacher. It isn＇ t blocked growing environment of the Mosaic culture for teachers＇ development, following blindly cannot take place in thin culture. Teachers＇ growth and development are depended on teachers＇ personality and opening in the kind of culture.
