摘要
作为经济的重要支柱,现代企业在知识经济时代以人为本的管理原则已经成为企业公认的准则。相应地,人力资源管理在企业管理中越来越凸现出它的重要性,如何使员工在企业中发挥最大的潜能,各尽所能为企业带来更大效益已成为各级管理者,尤其是企业高层管理者共同关注的一个重要问题。
As an important support of the economy, the people-centered management principle of modern enterprises has become a generally-accepted norm in the age of knowledge and economy. Accordingly, human resources management is becoming more and more important in enterprises management and it has become an important issue attracting the concern of the management of all levels, especially higher levels how to help employees to achieve the maximum potential and do their best to bring greater efficiency.
