摘要
知识经济的到来,对现代企业的管理方式产生了重大影响。人力资源成为企业的一项战略性资源亦显现出新的特征。企业之间的竞争实际正演化为人力资源管理的竞争。通过对人力资源的重要性和管理的基本任务的论述来说明当代管理就是对人的管理。
Knowledge-based economy is playing an important role in modern enterprise management; human resource, as a strategic resource, is rising with new features. The competition among enterprises is actually transforming into the management of human resource. The paper explores that modern management is management of labor through the discussion about the significance of human resource and the basic task of management.
