摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测连翘败毒片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法检测连翘败毒片中黄芩苷的含量,色谱柱采用KromasilC18柱(5μm,100A,250×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇:水:磷酸(47:53:0.2),检测波长为280nm,流速为1ml/min,柱温为40℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.7μg-5.6μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.63%,RSD为0.49%。结论:HPLC法检测连翘败毒片中黄芩苷含量的方法简便、快捷、准确、重现性好,可作为连翘败毒片的质量控制标准。
Objective：To establish the method for determining baicalin content in Lianqiao Baidu Tablet by HPLC.Methods：HPLC was used to determine baicalin content in Lianqiao Baidu Tablet. Kromasil C18 （5 μm, 100A,250 × 4.6mm） column was used： mobile phase was methanol： water： phosphoric acid （47：53：0.2）, detecting wavelength was 280nm, flow rate was 1ml/min, and the column temperature was 40℃.Results：The calibration curve of baicalin show good linearity at the range of 0.7 μ g-5.6 μg （r=-0.9999）; The average recovery was 98.63% with relative standard deviation of 0.49.Conclusions：The results indicate that the HPLC method was simple, shortcut, accurate and reproducible for determining baicalin content in Lianqiao Baidu Table.
