摘要
本文采用 ASTM 推荐的试验方法,考察了可锻铸铁热镀锌层在水蒸汽介质中的腐蚀过程。利用扫描电镜对镀层的腐蚀过程进行跟踪观察,采用电子探针研究镀层的腐蚀机制。结果表明t镀层的腐蚀起源于晶界并沿着品界扩展,属于晶界腐蚀。在此基础上,提出了镀层腐蚀过程的物理模型。
In this paper,the experimental method recommended by ASTM is used to investigate the corrosion process of zinc plating on malleable cast iron in steam.The corrosion process is reviewed by using SEM,and the corrosion mechanism is studied by me.as of EPA.The results show that the corrosion.of the plating originates from and then extends along the grain boundary,and it is belong to the grain boundary corrosion.Based on this,the physical model of the corrosion process of the plating is proposed.
