摘要
本文阐述了资源节约型和环境友好型社会(即"两型社会")与都市农业的内涵、理论基础、共同点和相互关系。分析了"两型社会"建设和都市农业发展都遵循的可持续发展理论、城乡一体化理论、循环经济理论和生态城市理论,以及具有的时代性、系统性和科学性;"两型社会"是都市农业发展的方向和保障,发展都市农业是"两型社会"的重要实现途径。提出当前应在建设"两型社会"的大背景下,大力发展都市农业;在发展都市农业的同时进行"两型社会"建设。
This paper dicusses the connotation, theoretic foudation, common ground and relationship of resource-saving and environment-friendly society （＂two-orientied society＂） and urban agriculture. The paper analyses sustainable development theory, integration of urban and rual areas theory, circular economy theory and eco-city theory which are followed by ＂two-orientied society＂ construction and urban agriculture development, and both of them have fea^n＇es of timely, systematical and scientific. ＂Two-orientied society＂ is the direction and guarantee of urban agriculture development, and developing urban agriculture is the important approach for ＂two-orientied society＂. At the end, we suggest that the government should develop urban agriculture vigorously on the background of ＂two-orientied society＂ construction, and promote them simultaneously.
