摘要
目的了解临床护士对基础护理的认知现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法,于2008年1-2月调查北京市某三级甲等综合性医院130名临床护士对基础护理的认知状况及其影响因素。结果(1)临床护士对基础护理认知不全面;(2)不同文化程度、职称等级、就业状况和不同护龄的护士群体之间对基础护理认知程度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);(3)各影响因素对临床护士基础护理认知水平的影响大小依次为:工作量大、基础护理是软指标、患者不配合、实施基础护理有服侍人的感觉、护士长的认同和赞许、专业知识欠缺、专业稳定性差。结论临床护士对基础护理缺乏全面的认识,其认知水平受诸多因素的影响,提示有关部门应认清主要影响因素,针对不同护士群体采取不同措施,提高护士的基础护理认知水平,以保证基础护理质量稳步上升。
Objective To investigate the cognition status of basic nursing among clinical nurses and analyze the influential factors. Methods A questionnaire was adopted to investigate the cognition and the influence factors of basic nursing among 130 clinical nurses in a grad III level A hospital in Beijing from Jan. to Feb. 2008. Results （1）The clinical nurses could not fully understand the basic nursing. （2）The level of education, technical posts, occupation status and the length of nursing careers had significant differences on the cognition of clinical nurses（P^0.01）. （3）The sequence of the major influence factors were heavy workload, soft target of basic nursing, poor cooperation of patients,a waiter-like feeling, cognation and approval of the head nurse, deficiency of professional knowledge,high demission ratio of nurse. Conclusion The clinical nurses lack the overall under- standing of the importance of basic nursing. The cognition is influenced by many factors. Therefore,it is necessary to attach more attention to the major influential factors and take any effective measures to improve the cognition and nursing quality of basic nursing.
