水相法合成巯基乙酸和L-半胱氨酸稳定的CdTe纳米棒

摘要 提出一种以水相法合成巯基乙酸和L-半胱氨酸稳定的CdTe纳米棒的简单路线.在pH=11.0的反应条件下,产物的荧光量子效率最高,达到30.67%.考察了反应条件对产物的荧光性能的影响及产物在不同pH溶液中的稳定性. A facile hydrothermal approach to synthesize high quality thioglycolic acid and L-cysteine-stabilized CdTe nanorods was presented.By the approach,the quantum yikld(QY) of the resultant CdTe nanorods could reach as high as 30.67%.The effects of the variables on the photolum inescence property of as-prepared CdTe nanorods were studied,and the pH-dependent optical properties of as-prepared CdTe naorods were also investigated.
