摘要
中美两国有关反补贴争端是近些年来新产生的一种贸易争端,并且已成为双方众多贸易争端中非常突出的事件。美国国内贸易保护主义进一步抬头必将使中美之间反补贴争端愈演愈烈。鉴于反补贴争端自身具有的特点,本文概述了补贴的双重性质和反补贴的特点,简要地介绍了中美反补贴争端的基本情况,分析产生的原因和背景,指出了反补贴争端的主要问题,并且提出了避免使中美反补贴争端愈演愈烈和尽可能解决两国之间反补贴争端的若干具体途径和建议。
Sino-U.S.anti-subsidy disputes are getting more and more while the trade volumes grow rapidly between the two countries.The anti-subsidy disputes are the new ones which have been introduced in recent years and have become the outstanding event among many trade disputes between the two countries.The anti-subsidy disputes may become more acutely at the time of the present international financial and economic crisis and the surge of trade protectionism as well as the low competitiveness of the products in some industries in the U.S..Due to the self-characteristics of the anti-subsidy disputes,the paper introduces the dual natures of subsidy and the characteristics of the anti-subsidy.It also describes the general information of the Sino-U.S.anti-subsidy disputes and its background,points out the main problems and makes up some ways and suggestions how to deal with Sino-U.S.anti-subsidy disputes.
