摘要
为了制造满足中国特高压示范工程(晋东南-南阳-荆门1000kV特高压交流试验示范工程)要求的1000kV罐式避雷器(简称避雷器)产品,电科院东芝避雷器有限公司(简记为ETA)在500、750kV瓷外套避雷器用氧化锌电阻片的基础上对电阻片进行了改良,降低了电阻片伏安曲线的非线性,提高了能量吸收能力,从而使避雷器具有足够的能量吸收裕度和良好的保护特性;避雷器使用独特的均压罩结构和精确的电位分布控制技术,在不使用均压电容的情况下将避雷器的电位分布不均匀系数控制在1.10以下。内部采用绝缘管的结构可以确保避雷器在运输与地震时承受较高的震动冲击。在2008-12进行的168h的带电考核试验时,避雷器的泄露电流非常稳定,并且避雷器稳定运行至今,证明了ETA制造的1000kV罐式避雷器完全可以满足中国特高压项目的要求。
In 2008, Langfang EPRI Toshiba Arrester Company （abbreviated as ETA） successfully installed both tank type and porcelain type arrester for China UHV pilot PJ （Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen 1000 kV transmission PJ）. With the improved ZnO elements, the superior protective characteristics and great margin of current withstand capability was realized. With a unique shield structure and precise calculation and measurement technique, the voltage sharing unbalance factor below 1.10 can be realized without ceramic capacitor in tank type arrester. With supporting insulator tube, high mechanical strength is ensured for oscillation at earthquake and transportation. Through 168 h voltage application test at site in December 2008, leakage current was very stable and high reliability was proved for both tank and porcelain type arrester.
