摘要
秋水仙碱是从百合科秋水仙属植物秋水仙中提取得到的一种生物碱,是研究最早的一种生物碱,具有广泛的用途和应用前景。此文对秋水仙碱的植物来源、提取方法、药理作用及其在农业方面的应用进行综述,为秋水仙碱的进一步开发利用提供了参考。
Colchicine, the major alkaloid isolated from Colchicum autumnale Liliaceous, is an alkaloid of the earliest studies, and is an important drug intermediate with wide application prospect. The article summarizes the progress in plant sources, extraction method, pharmacological action and agricultural application of colchicine in the past years and provides reference for the utilization of colchicine.
