摘要
本文介绍了应用自适应原理跟踪高炉炉温变化的铁水含硅量预报自适应数学模型。模型由两部分组成,自适应主模型和专家系统子模型。应用该模型的铁水含硅量实时预报计算机系统已在鞍钢9号高炉试运行,效果良好,连续764炉的统计表明,预报命中率达82.3%。
This paper briefs a self-adaptive mathematical model for predicting the silicon content inmolten iron of blast furnace, based on self-adaptive theory to trace the changes of tempera-ture in blast furnace. The model consists of self-adaptive main-model and expert system sub-model. The on-line computer system using this model to predict the silicon content has alreadybeen running on No.9 blast furnace of Anshan Iron and Steel Co. with excellent result. Thestatistics on 764 casts shows that the hitting ratio is 82.3%.
