摘要
将高炉过程考虑为非线性动力学系统。分别以四座高炉铁水成分的历史数据对下一炉铁水的[Si]、[S]进行了动力学离线预报。讨论了提高动力学预报效果的途径。
The blast furnace process has been considered as a nonlinear dynamical system,and a dynamical model has been developed for predicting the silicon and sulphur contents in hot metal tapped from blast furnace. The off-line prediction of future [Si] and [S] has been made according to the historical data of [Si] and [S] in four commercial blast furnaces.
