摘要
目的:观察72例重大肿瘤手术麻醉中应用BIS监测效果。方法:72例肿瘤患者,在静吸复合麻醉下进行肿瘤根治手术,手术中应用BIS监测并调整麻药用量使BIS处于40-50之间。结果:全部72例患者均顺利、平稳渡过手术麻醉。结论:在重大肿瘤手术麻醉中,使用BIS监测,安全有利于手术的顺利进行。
Objective：To observe the effect and application of BIS monitoring in 72 cases of anesthesia in cancer surgeryr. Methods： Total of 72 cases of cancer patients, in - inhalation anesthesia under the radical tumor surgery using BIS monitoring and adjusting the amount of anesthetic at 40 -50. Results： All 72 cases anderwent operation smoothly. Conclusion： BIS monitoring is safe and effective in cancer operation anesthesis.
