摘要
目的对脑电双频指数用于ICU机械通气患者镇静监测进行成本-效益分析。方法ICU需要机械通气的患者80例，随机分为两组。设定镇静目标为SAS3—4分，分别用BIS和常规主观评分SAS观察患者镇静深度，记录两组患者的治疗成本，进行成本-效益分析（cost-benefit analysis），比较BIS监测与常规镇静监测的效益成本比和生存率曲线的差异，计算出BIS监测较常规监测节约的医疗费用。结果BIS监测与常规镇静监测所导致的最终效益成本比是53：1。结论BIS监测能够节约医疗资源。创造一定的经济效益和社会效益。
Objective To investigate the cost-benefit analysis of bispectral index monitoring the sedation of ventilated patients in Intensive Care Unit. Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted. Totally 80 patients were assigned to receive the sedation based on bispectral index monitor or receive the sedation based on conventional subjective scale. The sedation target is Sedation-Agitation Scale 3 -4, record the treatment cost of the two groups and analysis the cost-benefit. Calculate the cost-benefit ratio and compare the difference of Survival Time Curve between the two groups. Calculate the saved medical cost between the two groups. Results The final cost-benefit ratio between the bispectral index monitoring group and the conventional sedation monitoring group is 53 ： 1. Conclusion Bispectral index monitoring may save medical resource and create some economic results and social results.
