摘要 为了提高林业行政许可在执行和监督上的科学性、透明度和效率,提出具有电子监察功能的林业行政许可网上办公系统;在分析设计系统框架和功能基础上,通过UML语言建立系统的静态和动态模型,最后用JAVA和MYSQL等开源技术实现系统。 In order to improve science, transparency and efficiency while executing and supervising forest administrative permissions, the forestry administrative permission network office system with e-monitoring is proposed. Based on analyzing and designing of the frame and functions, static model and dynamic model of the system are set up by means of UML. Last, the system is implemented by using JAVA and MYSQL programming languages.
