摘要
自高校"并轨"交费上学后,贫困生问题一直就是国家、社会和学校关注的焦点,也是学校工作的一个重点。虽然各高校都建立了贫困生助学体系,但在实际资助过程中,贫困生认定、经济资助方式、国家助学贷款机制、心理资助等方面还存在一些不足和问题,需要进一步采取措施以完善资助体系。应该建立操作性较强的大学生诚信评价系统、适当调整"奖"与"助"的比例关系、开拓勤工助学岗位、进一步完善助学贷款制度、努力加大"心理扶贫"力度,切实解决贫困生问题。
Since the merged tuition of the university in China, impoverished university students have always been the attention focus of the country, society and family, and also the emphasis of the university work. Although all of universities have established systems to assist these students, in subsidizing process, there are some shortcomings and problems in the cognizance of impoverished students, economic subsidizing mode, the mechanism of students aid-loan, psychological assistance, etc., which needs to take further measures to improve the subsidizing system. So we should establish credit evaluation system of university students with strong operation, readjust appropriately proportional relation between scholarship and subsidies, develop work-study program positions, improve further the student aid-loan system, try our best to strengthen psychological aid, and solve the problems of impoverished students effectively.
