摘要
控制肾茶水提取液的投料量,在30min内浓缩至70°Bx膏状物、制固体饮料。肾茶粉和薏仁粉的混合物(1:1)调节到含水量20%,挤压膨化。或添加1%~2%β—CD掩蔽肾茶粉的苦味与不良气味,两者用于生产“保健茶”
Water extracted solution of Shencha powder was concentrated to 70° Bx pasts.Concentration time is limited no more than 30min by controlling solution quantity every batch.The past is prepared for instant solid drink. Mixing of shencha powder and coix-lacry-jobi(1:1) are adjusted to 20% moist content and are extru ded by extruding equipment,1~2%β-CD is added to Shencha powder to cover up its bitter tast and odd scent previous both are repared for“health tea”.
