摘要
用３种不同溶剂测定植物油脂的酸价，发现用异丙醇作溶剂所测结果与ＧＢ５５３０－８５所规定的溶剂测得值非常接近，而异丙醇具有无毒性、安全性高等优点。建议用来取代乙醚－乙醇混合溶剂测定油脂醇价。
Three kinds of solvent were used to determine acidity value of vegetable oil. It wasfound that the value determined by isopropanal was closed to that with the solvent provided by GB5530-85 (the national standard). Isopropanol has the advantages of no toxisity and safety. It is suggested that isopropanol replaces the mixture of ether andethanol in determining of acidity value of vegetable oil.
