摘要
目的:探讨金沉积烤瓷冠的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析90例(90颗)前牙烤瓷修复患者的临床资料。将90例患者分为金沉积烤瓷冠组、铸造镍铬合金组、铸造金铂合金烤瓷冠组,每组各30例。2年后临床复查边缘密合度、颜色、牙龈炎性反应、烤瓷冠的折裂及崩瓷情况。结果:金沉积烤瓷冠和金铂合金烤瓷冠边缘密合度接近,均优于镍铬合金烤瓷冠(P<0.05);金沉积烤瓷冠与金铂合金烤瓷冠的颜色均优于镍铬合金烤瓷冠(P<0.05);三者在崩瓷、折裂方面无差异。结论:金沉积烤瓷具有良好的美观效果,边缘密合度好,抗折强度高,与金铂合金瓷冠相比价格较低,具有临床推广价值。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of the gold galvanized porcelain fused crown. Methods： Ninety crowns in 90 cases were selected by review into three groups, with 30 crowns in each group：gold galvanized porcelain fused crown, Ni-Cr alloy coasted porcelain fused crown, and gold alloy casted porcelain fused crown. Margin fitness, gingival border color, gingival inflammation and the fracture rate of crown were evaluated and recorded in all patients after 2 years. Results：The margin fitness between gold galvanized porcelain fused crown and gold alloy casted porcelain fused crown was not different, but better than that of Ni-Cr alloy casted porcelain fused crown（P〈0. 05）. The gingival border color of gold galvanized porcelain fused crown and gold alloy casted porcelain fused crown was also better than that of Ni-Cr alloy casted porcelain fused crown（P〈0.05）. There were no differences among the three kinds of crown in the fracture rate of crown. Conclusion： The aesthetic effect, margin fitness, anti-fracture strength are excellent in gold galvanized porcelain fused crown. It is less expensive than the（glod alley casted）porcelain fused crown. It can be used in clinic.
