摘要
垂体腺瘤是颅内常见良性肿瘤,但部分垂体腺瘤可表现出恶性肿瘤的生物学特性。目前垂体腺瘤的具体发生机制尚不明确。近年来,微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)的出现为我们研究垂体瘤的发病机制提供了新的思路和途径,miRNAs是一类新发现的非编码RNA,它在转录后水平调节靶基因的表达水平,在机体发育,细胞增殖、分化、凋亡以及肿瘤发生等多种生理和病理过程中起着重要作用。
Pituitary adenomas are benign intracranial neoplasms, but parts of them show maligant biobehaviors.The pathogenesis of pituitary adenomas is still unclear.Recently,the discovery of miRNAs provide us a new method to investigate pituitary adenomas.MiRNAs ate small noncoding RNAs which function as antisense regulators of gene expression and cont-rol multiple biological processes ,including cell proliferation, differ-entiation ,apoptosis and tumorigenesis.This review reports the current knowledgeof miRNAs in pituitary adenoma.
