摘要
新中国成立以来,我们一直致力于土地制度的改革,其核心是土地所有制与所有权问题,但至今仍没有从根本上得到解决。本文在现行二元土地所有制基础上,提出了构建二元以上土地所有制和土地级差所有制的设想,期望对创新中国土地所有制与所有权尽绵薄之力。
Land is the mother of fortune,land system is the base of all the institution,the reform of land system links up the course of social development,since the foundation of new country,we devote ourselves to the reform of land system and ownership,but we did not solve the problem completely so far,the thesis advances the suggestion of various land system and differential ownership.And the author hope chinese land system and ownership will be reformed and benefits everyone.
