摘要
从现代农业制度的要求出发,结合我国烟叶生产的现状和发展需求,指出我国现代烟叶生产制度建设必须遵照烟草专卖法和相关条例的规定,建立稳定的烟叶土地使用制度,完善合同生产收购制度,推行集约化生产制度,改进专业管理和服务制度,加强基础建设制度。
Based on the requirement of modern agricultural system and linking to the current situation and development trend of China tobacco production, the way of modern tobacco production system establishment in China was discussed, including securing stable land utilization system, consummating production and purchasing contract system, implementing intensive production system, improving management and service system, and strengthening base construction system.
