摘要
首先介绍了变电站自动化通信系统中远动传输规约的应用现状,对目前正在应用的几种常用的电力远动规约进行分析与比较,着重叙述了电力行业标准:IEC60870-5-103传输规约(以下简称103规约)的特点和实现。在此基础上,将嵌入式以太网技术和103规约相结合,实现了间隔层与变电站层之间传送遥测、遥信、遥控、事件、电量、操作、故障录波、以及参数整定等功能。
First of all, this paper introduces the application status of telecontrol transmission protocols. Several telecontrol transmission ones in power industry are analyzed and compared. Then it emphasizes and implementation of power industry standard：IEC60870-5-103 telecontrol transmission protocol.On the base of it, the paper combins 103-protocol with embedded Ethemet, functions, such as fairs pass, electricity quantity, performance, fault, wave-record and parameter adjusting, have been implemented.
