摘要
随着经济全球化和高等教育大众化,地方性普通本科院校的办学理念、办学目标和发展途径面临着前所未有的挑战和压力,而这一切又集中反映在人才培养模式的理论研究与实践上。笔者通过以模式研究的方法来探讨我国地方性普通本科院校应用型IT人才的培养,并介绍了我院的IT应用型人才培养方案。
Education Idea, educational goal and development path of local normal universityis facing unprecedented challenges and pressures with economic globalization and higher education popularization, and all this training model also prominently shown in the theoretical research and practice.the paper discuss it application talent cultivation model for local universitiy throught model research,and introduced the application-oriented personnel training program of our college.
