摘要
基于SYSWELD软件平台,采用双椭球体移动热源模式,利用有限元方法建立了运动电弧作用下GTAW焊接不锈钢薄板焊接热场的三维动态有限元分析模型。利用所建模型,对GTAW焊接热场和熔池形状参数的动态演变进行了预测,达到宏观准稳态的时间与试验结果基本一致。
A 3-dimensional transient numerical simulation analysis of FEM model for Gas Tungsten Are welding stainless steel sheet was developed in the course of the welding heat based on SYSWELD software. A double ellipsoid heat source mode is adopted to depict the distribution of a moving GTA welding arc. Transient variations of temperature fields and geometry parameters of molten pool were predicted. It has been found that the calculated time from arc starting to quasi-stable state is match well with the experimental one.
