摘要
采用双椭球体热源分布模式,基于SYSWELD软件平台,建立了运动电弧作用下TIG焊接不锈钢薄板时焊接热过程的有限元数值分析模型。利用所建模型.预测了从电弧引燃到准稳态过程中焊接温度场和熔池形态的动态演变,并进行了对比验证。结果表明,达到宏观准稳态时计算所得的熔池长度和宽度与试验结果基本吻合。
Numerical simulation analysis of FEM model for TIG welding stainless steel sheet was created in the course of the welding heat based on SYSWELD software. A double ellipsoid heat source mode was adopted to depict the distribution of a moving TIG welding arc. Transient variations of temperature fields and molten pool geometry were predicted and verified. It is found that the calculated width and length of molten pool are in agreement with the experimental ones.
