摘要
针对军用加固计算机接口的不稳定性问题,开发了一套通用自动测试系统(ATS),并从硬件和软件两个方面详细说明了系统开发方案,实现了军用加固计算机通用接口的测试。基于PAWS开发的测试程序具有设备无关性,满足了通用自动测试系统软件对测试程序集(TPS)可移植和可复用的要求。
To Solve the problem about instability of military computer＇s interface, a general ATS is developed. The system composition is described in detail from both hardware and software, which can implement common interface test of military computer. Based on PAWS＇ character of being independent of TPS and instrument, it can meet the requirements of TPS rehosting and reusing for general automatic test system software.
