摘要
某型通用测试台采用PAWS系统进行软件开发,测试设备驱动程序设计是PAWS环境下进行开发的一个重要任务。本文详尽地介绍了应用C语言开发设备驱动程序的技术,并在某型通用测试台上进行了实际应用,对该技术的有效性进行了验证。
The software for a certain GPATS is developed in the PAWS software development platform. The development of the driver for automatic test equipment （ATE） is one of the important parts in GPATS development. The paper introduced the method that was used to develop the driver in C language. All techniques were applied in the GPATS, and the results can validate the value of the method mentioned above.
