胃癌患者血清IL-1β和HGF的表达及相关性研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究胃癌患者血清中白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)的表达,并探讨二者相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测70例胃癌患者及20例慢性胃炎患者、15例门诊健康体检者血清IL-1β和HGF水平,并进行比较分析。结果胃癌组血清IL-1β和HGF水平明显高于慢性胃炎组和正常对照组,胃癌组中血清IL-1β与HGF表达呈正相关。结论IL-1β和HGF在胃癌患者血清中呈高表达状态,有望成为胃癌发生的预测指标。
