摘要
目的了解胰十二指肠切除术治疗胰腺肿瘤等疾病的效果,探讨手术并发症原因和防治。方法总结该院2000年1月～2008年10月行胰十二指肠手术治疗的156例病例临床资料,探讨并发症的原因和治疗经验。结果共10例出现并发症,发生率6.4%,其中肺部感染3例,胰瘘5例,胰瘘合并腹腔出血1例,胃肠吻合口出血1例,死亡2例,短期内出现腹水5例。结论胰十二指肠切除术是安全的手术。患者的年龄、围手术期的处理以及手术技巧影响手术并发症的发生,关系着患者的治疗效果。
[ Objective ] To review the therapeutics effects of panereatoduodenctomy （PD） and analyse the complications causes and prevention methods of the panereatoduodenctomy. [Methods] A total of 156 patients who underwent PD between January 2000 to October 2008 were retrospectively reviewed, the causes of the complications and therapic experience of pancreatoduodenetomy were evaluated. [ Results ] There were 10 complications after pan- creatoduodenctomy including 3 cases bellows infection, 2 eases pancreatic fistula, 2 eases abdominal haemorrhage, lease stomach intestine stomatorrhagia, 2 cases died in hospital.The complications rate was 6.4% and the death rate was 1.3%. [ Conclusions ] Panereatoduodenetomy is safe. Patient age, arab-operation treatment and operation technical are relative with the complications of pancreatoduodenctomy.
