切割闭合器在胰体尾切除术中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨切割闭合器(Endo-GIA stapler)在胰体尾切除术中应用的安全性及疗效。方法对2011年5月至2012年1月我院收治的胰体尾切除术患者资料进行回顾性分析。根据胰腺断端处理方法不同分成两组,一组采用Endo-GIA法,共30例,另一组采用手工缝合法,共80例;分别对两组手术时间、出血量、输血率、术后并发症、总住院费用等分析比较。结果两组患者手术均顺利完成,无围手术期死亡。两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、输血率,以及术后胰漏、腹腔出血、腹腔积液、腹腔感染等并发症发生率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论切割闭合器(Endo-GIA stapler)处理胰腺残端安全可靠,疗效明确。 Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of using Endo-GIA Stapler in resection of pancreatic body and tail. Methods The patients undergone distal pancreatectomy were divided into two groups according to the different processing methods of pancreatic stump. One group used Endo-GIA stapler in a total of 30 cases; another group with manual suture, a total of 80 patients. The operation time, estimate blood loss, blood transfu- sion rate, the postoperative complications and total hospital expenses were analyzed. Results Two groups of patients were performed successfully, no death during preoperative period. There was no significant difference in the operation duration, estimate blood loss, blood transfusion rate, postoperative pancreatic leakage rate, abdominal bleeding incidence, peritoneal effusion rate, abdominal infection rate between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion It is a safe and reliable method to deal with the pancreatic stump using Endo-GIA stapler in resection of pancreatic body and tail.
